I'd go all out for Doyle. We know what he can do in defensive midfield in the Championship and he'd be a perfect fit. A midfield of Tommy Doyle, Hamer and Arblaster would be as good as it gets in the Championship. He isn't a regular starter at Wolves so it's worth a try.

Love to see Brewster moved on , not done anything for us , Wilder wasted a huge load of money on him

Hal I've always respected your views fella and sometimes unwarranted optimism :) I do hope we aren't shopping in lg1, we've only go 2 years to get back in the prem and this is high risk. I tend to look at players from the point of view, will our opponents be fighting for them and my guess is not. If he works out that would be ideal , just not sure we have the time for project players.

Saw this lad play the other week at Carlisle. Outstanding player and looked to have a great attitude. Extremely quick and skilful. Would easily step up to championship imho.

It's a bit scary when you consider just how many players we have potentially leaving/ willing to sell. I'm not sure we even have a starting 11. If we really are going to sell souza, anel etc. get it done quickly as we need to gel any new squad.

Would like to see Billy return to the club in some coaching capacity, but, would Wilder see Billy as a threat to his authority. Sad to see Fods go, did he not want to sign new contract. Retain Bash for his 10 yr commitment, and assist his recovery, George looks like he's already committed to Panathaikos, Norwood, best wishes for the future, but thank you. There's certainly more to follow over coming weeks.

Bad formation what wilder put out, 3 in defence didn’t work out for Wes. Ollie played well in midfield but he would liked to have played in a 4231 formation that means just in front of defence. Boldock would have loved to have played 4 at the back same goes with max. Shame on Chris he played a good 10 years with us and showed great spirit to the blades. I just hope if wilder stays with us he does not spend good money on shit players I could say quite a few players mainly strikers.

Wes Foderingham is a good keeper. He suffered from a bad defence in front of him this year. He is a lot better than Grbic. Good luck Wes You always had my vote.

Yeah, bang on the money with your views/opinion of the players on this post, Nick👍, and especially Ollie Norwood. That man is so gifted - he blew me away so many times with his meticulous and consistent passing and accuracy on the ball. He definitely did not deserve the inappropriate comments re his work on the pitch, from some of the fan base😲😲!! Sad to see all five leave, however I feel that Wilder did get it right (he's a very astute manager), but I was secretly hoping for Balders and Norwood to stay for one more season 🌟🌟 Bashambauer has been terrific (how tall is he??!😲!!) and hoping he makes a full recovery from his injury 🙏. This is just the start of the big reshuffle, and I know Wilder means business. Yeah, I trust him to get it right, and although he's (obviously) pushing for another automatic promotion, I personally can't see this happening, as the new team will need to gell and 'bed in' and have to work with each other, sussing out their strengths and weaknesses, which will take time. We need to keep Gus and Master Blaster, for sure. Looking forward to seeing how it all pans out! UTB ❤️👍✌️

Talking attendance what about our Prince of Penury? He showed for the semi and the promotion party at the end of last season. Is he just a good time Abdul or has he the mettle to show in the bad times? The fans would appreciate a proof of life visit, a brief mea culpa would go down well with many of the faithful and for the rest maybe a boo or two but nothing to endanger life and limb, the crossed scimitars at Bramall Lane are symbolic not punitive!

Really gutted to hear about "The Norwood" (my interpretation of a terrific servant to the club). Felt he could've managed another season, but totally respect and appreciate Wilder's decision. Yeah, it'd be great for Norwood to play on Sunday, even if it's in the second half - it'd be a fitting tribute/send off for him. He's seriously gonna be missed 😲😲❤️✌️

Thank God this is the last game we have to watch the vast majority of these players 🙏 its been so hard watching us lose almost every game and setting records of the worst kind.
